Lemon Cheesecake

this is probably the ugliest looking cheesecake you've ever seen but to do myself some justice i have to say this - it taste quite good! except for the crust (too much butter and too little biscuits used). was a great day spent baking and being all clumsy at kelly's. me being me, left fairprice w/o the groceries and followed the instructions wrongly so we had to go all the way back to tm to get the ingredients for the second time.
